We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:

  • Contact form submissions — retained in Formspree for up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data — aggregated usage data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit and access controls limiting who can view form submissions.
